Through My Lens: Moon & Cacao Ceremony in Goa

Under Goa’s serene sky, I had the privilege of documenting the First Moon and Cacao Ceremonies led by Alesiana, an Initiator, Teacher, and Healer, and accompanied by Katiana, a DJ and influencer who added vibrant energy to the gathering. These experiences were more than rituals — they celebrated connection, energy, and sacred rhythms.

As a filmmaker, my goal was to capture not just visuals, but the emotion, energy, and essence of each moment, creating a cinematic story that reflects the soul of the experience.

First Moon Ceremony

The First Moon Ceremony was an exploration of ritual, mindfulness, and spiritual connection. Through my lens, I focused on:

• Moonlit rituals and the graceful movements of participants.

• Candlelight reflections, gentle gestures, and the serene natural environment.

• Emotional moments of reflection, connection, and presence.

Cacao Ceremony

The Cacao Ceremony was intimate and heart-opening. While shooting, I emphasised:
